This community was close to the highway yet felt like it was away in the woods. The staff is incredibly friendly and there are always community events going on. Maintenance is speedy with any repairs and neighbors are eager to help. The redone office area is great for kids and adults alike who need to use the internet or getaway by the pool. Plus you can hike to Lake Michigan from trails right behind the office! I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a safe area, with great amenities.

Great place to live. It's like living in a resort. Everything you need is nearby and the amenities are great. Highly recommend this as a great place to consider living.

I love it. Everthing is nice and very pretty all year. It is quiet and you feel safe. You can do things at the clubhouse with your neighbors as much as you want. I feel so much at home.

Nice complex, pleasant setting, helpful staff

You couldn't ask for a better place to live if you are looking for an apartment in the Spring Lake area. The great location, community, apartment staff and amenities make living at Woodland Ridge Apartments an all around perfect experience.

We love to live here. It is very nice. The staff are all great people to work with and they make everyone feel at home. My 19 year old daughter says, " It is like being on Vacation every day. I love to come home after school and work. It is so relaxing."

Living at Woodland Ridge is probably one of the best choices my husband and I made. We are close to work, but still far enough out that it is pretty peaceful. The staff is so helpful!! Anything you need, they are on top of it. The 24 hour maintenance is actually around 24 hours and they come pretty quickly after your call.

Woodland Ridge is a great secluded environment in the woods. Close to the beach and even has a pool. If you live in a complex that is full, the parking is going to be limited if not completely gone in front of your apartment at night. Also, if you have a neighbor above you with heavy feet, you will hear them walking around which is probably normal for an apartment environment. The grounds are kept up very well and the staff will always smile and say hi to you. Overall I would highly recommend Woodland Ridge to family or friends looking for an apartment in the area.

The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are great, and I think you get a lot for the price.

The location is great; we're close to the lake and downtown Grand Haven (less than 5 minutes), but we're also surrounded by forest. As far as I can tell, the other renters are kind and classy. i.e. I haven't had a problem with rude drunk people. The clubhouse is really great and there's a ton of things to do all the time: community events like poker nights, fellowship (religious group), tennis, pool, grills, Yoga, etc.). The list goes on and on.

I love the staff. They are all so caring and make everyone feel special. I love the activities, and they take good care of you. In the spring, summer, and fall it is so beautiful, and in the winter it is pretty as well, They sure keep up on the removing of the snow and ice. We were always able to get in and out safely. That means a lot. I love it here, and would recomend it to any of my friends or family. I hope to live here many years.

It is so quiet, pretty, and the staff treats you well. They make everyone feel like they are special in their special way. Not like putting anyone above or below anyone else. They just know everyone so well that you feel special. It shows that they really do care. I love the activities we have. It is so much fun to meet others who also live here. This is a pretty big place, and it is fun to know your neighbors.
