Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

The application fee is $50, due for every person 18 and older occupying the apartment. There is a holding fee of $100 required per home. The application and holding fees are non-refundable. You may pay these online by credit card.

You can apply online by finding the "Floor Plans" button on the left-hand side of the main menu on our property website, or click HERE to apply now.

Residents are responsible for trash ($5/mo flat rate), water ($10/mo flat rate), sewer ($10/mo flat rate), cable/internet, gas, and electric bills. Gas usage is billed to your apartment rental ledger. Residents will contact the Board of Light and Power (BLP) to obtain electric service, billed directly from the BLP.

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Standard security deposits start at $500 and go up to 1.5x the monthly rent amount.

Rent is always due on the first, and a $75 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month (even on weekends and holidays).

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

At Woodland Ridge Apartments, we welcome up to 2 pets; cats or dogs are allowed. Any number of pets living in the apartment will then require a one-time, nonrefundable $350 pet fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is $50 per dog and $50 per cat. Dogs have a one-time DNA registration fee of $60. Breed restrictions apply; please get in touch with the office. Read more about our pet policy.

Resident Questions

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is based on the size of the home. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.

Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

Please let our office know if you love our apartments and want to refer a friend! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may call the office, e-mail, or leave a message. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.

If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than seven days, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.

Yes, Charter Communications and AT&T are our community cable and Internet providers.

You are allowed to use gas grills on the property. We also provide a gas grill at our clubhouse and charcoal grills near the picnic area.

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must contact a locksmith if you are locked out after regular business hours.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
